Taking interest of my local surroundings and my nearest water source being the River Thames this piece takes us from
a busy city to the peace of the riverside; my studies are from Kingston and Long Ditton. The most peaceful of places in
a very stressed city. The subject of this painting is 'The River'. Music that helped inspire this work came in the form of
"Howard sees the sky" by Kerry Muzzey from the film Hole in the Paper Sky.
